Security system is the pits joh

I visited the vryburg branch 09/05/2022 for an amount of R817 that went off my account, they told me that what helps me is the amount never went through so i could be lucky by receiving it, they then called me 25/06/2022 telling me that i wont be able to get a cent back - worst security system ever, and to think if been a customer for over 10 years
