Scarm and poor service I got at capitac bank

Hi my name is Rose Skosana, yesterday I went to capitac bank in pretoria CBD cnr Jeff Masemula and Bosman Street at Bosman station square to change my contact number in my Son's account . When I get to capitac a sales consultant by the name if Veronica Makhetsa assisted me to change the number in my son's account. After I went out to a ATM to make a deposit of R2000.00 into my son's account and the ATM was working perfectly fine. I inserted my card and pin. I choose an option of deposit money. The ATM did not confirm the money and it just gone out of service Sametime. I went back inside the bank to inform them about the ATM and Veronica said " Eaish....this ATM is giving lot of problem" I ask her that so you aware of this issue and she said yes and she will report it to the head office I will get the sms and my money into my account within 24 hours. Today on the 14 March 2024 I call capitac head office to inform them on what happened yesterday and the lady was assisting me at head office she confirm that she did not receive any case regarding this issue.

I went to the branch to do a follow up with Veronica regarding my issue and she call her Manager by the name of Thembi to come and tell me that they still doing an investigation regarding this I must wait they will give me a feedback which I don't know that will be when. And she also told me that they've been checking all the ATMs they did not get anything. I got a very poor service at capitac, I'm really not happy about it. Its so unacceptable.
