I have a loan which ended in April but Capitec is still debiting my account, when enquire im sent from pillar to post, I called them when I saw the extra balance on my account but I was told to wait until the term of the loan comes to end and they will investigate then...there term came and I called again they told me they can't send me my loan agreement I need to go to the branch....I spent a whole 2 hours in that branch they went through the same process I went through...calling their head office sending them now from pillar to post....with each call being transferred to this and that department to a point where they just drop the fone in your ear....the branch manager eventually took my details to call me back but still there's no change.....Capitec I want my money back and stop debiting my account when the loan is paid up
