******** at atm in Fochville

In spite of all my pleas and explanations to Capitec in connection with the **** I went through at their atm in Fochville and a list at the police station that is 4 page long with all the complaints of users they still refuse to come to terms and pay me back the money I lost at the atm. They keep to their story that it was my negligence and I know that it was quite the contrary. I will not give new potential clients a good rating as they are not a bank that looks after their clients interest.
