********!! MONEY TAKEN OUT MY ACCOUNT WITH NO PERMISSION

I can not believe this bank. Despite banking with them for many years no one called to tell me a savings account went into arrears by 1200 in 2017!!! They then decide 3 years later with no notification that they will debit 1800!! From my savings acoount with no reference or authority or coomunication. At such a time in our country. The banks decide to have bully ways. Doing as they please. Yet there was suppose courtsey in this country yet banks like capitec decide to take money out you account with no authorisatio spoke to nosipho magasela. Working from home could not provide me with a reference or help!
