********/ heart broken. Done with Capitec.
I’ve opened a funeral insurance with Capitec, I went there to ask to reduce my premium payment cause it was really high, since in saw one of there web sayings they do refunds for insurance. I then asked to be refunded they told that money went down to Drain, what is that? Been paying R1000 for 1 year 9 months my R19000 gone just like that 😡💔💔.
