********!! Faking loans and charging clients for things that don’t exist!

Capitc are ****** ********!!!!

Yesterday they debited R 710 for a loan that doesn’t exist. I went to the branch and they apologised for the error but advised that the money will debited for the next 3 months and I have to reverse it each time. I don’t have any credit with this stupid bank, nor do I have any debit orders going through on that account because I’m debt free! They charged me for a reversal and told me that there’s nothing they can do!!

I requested to lay a complaint and they refused. I’m so appalled and I’ll make sure that I advise people not to open an account with capitec or close it, if they have one already
