******** at Capitec bank

Capitec bank I’m really disappointed ☹️ and extremely mad with what happens to my bank account, as a loyal customer who’s Been with you more than 7 years I feel betrayed and I want my money back 😭😭.

So I went to the Capitec Facebook page asking for assistance from a consultant and it’s the verified page meaning it’s the correct one , only to be ****med. My debit orders for the past 2 months have been reversed and they transferred the money to their personal account the ********.

I reported the matter to Capitec bank and they told me to open a case and give them case no and I did.

My incident no for escalation at Capitec is : ***. I need feedback Capitec bank this is my money and it’s so unfair that ******** can come to your actual Facebook page and do as they please and a big company like you is not doing anything about it. After this I’m canceling my account and moving to a different bank that values it’s customers I want nothing from you guys except my money then I close everything!!!!!!!
