Last month somebody how we dont know cause my husbands phone was at home in the sitting room and it was only me at the house anyway then my came home at 1 and he take his cellphone then he see somebody did a payment from our phone ref no was Machaba Kwenene. We call immediately the call centre and tell them what happend. We did open a case at the police station. Then the Monday my husband go to the bank with case no etc. Capitec do the investigation. After almost month the bank said just sorry your money is gone we can do nothing about it. Now they think we just have accept that Im sorry thats the poorest service I ever seen in my life. We are not in a possition just to through money in the water, I feel Capitec must man up and do more but no it os just sorry we can do nothing. They know people are ***** and they dont care. I want that money back sorry Capitec thats your problem. 3 Days after we lost the money somebody purchase my daugters card somewhere overseas she called the call centre they rather told her pay R80 then we can do the investigation. Really and you make Capitec Bank this powerfull bank. Sorry Im not happy with Capitec Bank.
