I had a bad experience with capitec bank, I arranged for a fixed stop order of R300 on my account monthly from July 2018 and when I went to ask for money last week Tuesday (09/07/2019) I only received R1900, They told me my money was taken by a ****. how is this my problem when only the bank had access to my money? please help me.
