I have been banking with Capitec bank for a decade if not more. I recently fell victim to cyber crime and only to be told by the bank that the funds I lost will not be paid back in full. I am a pensioner and that has entrusted this bank to safeguard the little funds that I have, yet I received no assistance from these people. For a bank that prides itself in unique client service, I am appalled by the service I have received.
