****med by Capitec

I hv been using capitec for sumtym nw but nw I truly don't know if it's a bank or a **** I got ****med by a company named fsd task agency from amsterdam Netherlands and I took the matter to Thabazimbi Capitec branch at Thaba mall and they said they fix this matter, they changed my card and also asked me to pay for the new card fee and also for the investigation and I said it's OK, then after 5-7 days Capitec paid back my money which was 44.85$ so I thought the matter was resolved. About a month I transferred R2000 into my Capited account but to my surprise only R1300 was reflecting and R700 was gone and said interest fee so I went back to the bank only to get the news that they took their money back because they couldn't trace the money where it went and gave us a report that says (the customer is claiming ***** and they did not authorize,and the card holder was aware of the product purchased auto-renewal program and terms of engagement) I do have the proof incase they say am lying I evn closed my account because I couldn't afford to keep on loosing my money anymore
