****med bank account capitec bank

My bank account was hacked and i was ****med out of all my money in my account i went to the bank change my pin and went to the police station and report the case. The case no was given tl capitec forensics there reply was i must get the investigating officer to see where my money is. On my statements all my transactions show where my money went to except that one it says eft payment and no benneficiary so say that my money was ****** out of my account. I have send many mails to forensics at capitec customer care but no urgency regarding this.
