****med and no corporation regard sec. 205

I writing to lodge complaint about Capitec bank who's not willing to corporate after the submission of sections 205. It's been more than four months now with no progress after ********** ****med my Capitec account. My money was transferred to another Capitec client as from 23 May 2015 and airtime purchased till 25 May 2015 after I reported the matter. I reported the matter to KwaMashu police station and the case was on the hands of detective Khubisa who's been crying and worried about Capitec corporation. He said he submitted section 205 on the 29 May 2015 to Siziwekazi Nkosani but till now with no response on disclosing culprits details. He even said Capitec is always giving them hard time when it comes to releasing information while their bank had huge scandal related to mine, while other banks are very corporating. It's very strange cause Nomzamo Msomi where my money went to her account is their client they even have picture of her why its hard to give details to dectective. Worse so many people crying about Capitec and their *****. Worse these syndicates are working in line with mobile networks company employees, that shows how we not protected as client at Capitec bank??
