****med 1700 under my banks watch

I had a debit order of R1700 that i dont know and never accepted the mandate.i called the call centre n webt to the branch and thy said thy cabt assit me.we trust bank with our money yet thy allow debit orders to go throu our accounts with out our permission. I reported this ***** even went to the police station to get a case number was neva solved. My hard earned R1700 gone jst like dat .money i work hard 4 to feed my children. Bad service i got from capitec. Wen we changed banks going to capitec we though will get the best service only to find that we get empty promised n get ****med.

I still want my money back. N have sent emails to ombuds man. N the attitude o got voa customer service from the consultant yrrr she was very rude
