Simplified banking and credit insurance is a ****, if you need help due to loss of income they have so much red tape that it is impossible for you to actually use the credit insurance. When I tried to put in a claim for my credit insurance they gave me a list of documents that I need to submit. I have not received a response from them after submitting the documents and a week later when I followed up with they told me they have a back log and that in the meantime I'm still liable for the payment regardless of the fact that I don't have an income at the moment. I really don't know why they force you to pay credit insurance because when you need it you can never use it unless you die!!!
