****ing cons preying off people!!!

What a bunch of ****s!!!!! So VIWE from the complaints department called me in the week and I told him what happened he then said they going to investigate and I told him exactly how this situation would play out and to my surprise his feedback was exactly what I told him!!!!!!!!!!. Thank god I made my whole family change there banking accounts as they saw what this **** bank did to me!!!!!!! This is how you guys help people poor excuse for a ****ing ban****!!!
