I received a debit order from some bogus ENCLIENTELBA Company on my Capitec account, i went to reverse my momey and cancel the debit order to a branch but did not receive any help as I was bluntly told they cannot assist me. How are these people managing our money if they can allow such and treat us like nobodies. IT CAN ONLY be that BANK & THEIR staff is in cahoots as Debicheck is supposed to be secure! This is the 2nd time that I got ****med via your company. It seems that your salespeople will rather **** people that don't watch their bank accounts than get an honest sale.

Must be nice of Capitec to be ******** us of our hard earned monies and treat us like nobodies when we try to address our grievances with them.
