capitec bank refuse to refund me when the deducted lapsed policy the bring up stories saying the policy was behind with 3months and I was owing them thats why the deducted lapsed polcy. Capitec is a ***** ******ies they rob me my money ****** ****ers I want my money back can't deduct lapsed policy under any circumstances

14 Oct 2021, 12:52No they gave the same response that they can not refund me my money that i worked soo hard during pandemic for it because they kept the policy active for a month after its lapse date which is not my problem because I did not ask them to do that because was not interested on it an despute it and said no authority to debit
