<p>Was going through my bank statement and I found 3 different companies under the names like neado, sage wise that were deducting from my account on a monthly bases. Amounts of about R99. When I looked them up I find they are ******** **** debts that banks knows are about and still not putting up walls to prevent our money from being debited. Visited the mn polokwane branch needless to say that they could not help. Would rather use another bank as they are not interested in helping. I have to look up the contact number for these companies and I can't get them and my bank cant get them as well. I am very disappointed with the capital bank service </p>

About a week back I posted a complaint about capital bank. I am happy to say that the service I got from Donorique from the capitec''s bank complaint management team has been great. I got a call from him the next morning and he took charge of my complaint and resolved it in a matter of days. He was giving me updates every single day. He got hold of the ******** companies and we had a conference call with them. One of the companies even paid back my money. The other one is going to refund me. Want to thank the capital bank complaints management team, I would not have gotten the same results without them. I am a happy and satisfied customer. Keep up the good work.
