its unfortunate that ive never received any good service from most of the branches i go to...i went to the Birch Acres branch and got assisted by Bongani Ubisi...i had requested to cancel my funeral policy...he tried to retained but i had already made up my mind...now he cancels the policy however doesnt send a request for the funds to be deposited back into my account as per the policy cancellation document he gave me...i called to call centre spoke to two rude ladies one said she will send the service request for the money to be deposited back within 24-48hrs ...i called on Thursday ...its Monday today and the money is still not in my account.!!!!im really glad i cancelled the policy because clearly i would have problems with the payouts...i mean if its so hard to pay me back my premium then imagine what a payout of 50k would be....really disappointed once more by Capitec!!!!!!!
