On 7 May 2022 aan amount of R749 was taken out of my account I lodged a dispute. This morning they phoned me and said transaction was authorised by me and that it is a subscription service to a company called beestinghub. I did not authorise this transaction. They claim it was a credit card transaction. My account is a debit card and not credit card. I tried to contact this company but seems they don't exist. My question hoe safe is my money in this bank
