**** Cash Send
Sent a friend cash send on the 2 September she tried to withdraw it at a sparks ATM the receipt came out with transaction declined but money came out, she went to Shoprite to try withdraw the money then transaction declined.I went to Capitec today they telling me the money was withdrawn and they can't assist they wil just lodge a claim ..They can't even tell me where the money was withdrawn at and when
