Capitec keeps on debiting me even after I paid up. Hi Capitec is keeping on debiting me around R1.8k monthly even after I paid of the debt 2 or 3 months ago. The last I spoke to their consultant assured me that I had paid off the credit facility, but to my surprise they keep on debiting me. Please reverse all the extra debits you charged me and send me paid up letters for both loans.
