Savings account on hold and i cannot access my funds
I have been with the bank for over 10 years, my account was been blocked for 3 weeks now for a lazy R190, i have submitted all the required documents but my account is still on hold. i was placed on hold for over an hour today but no one attended to me.

27 Sept 2022, 14:48I haven't received a call from any official, i tried calling was again put on hold and now my credit record will be affected because i'm getting calls that my debit orders are not going through.
what else do I have to do to get access to my hard earned money.
