Saving account blocked

Worst bank ever they don't investigate and just block your account.

My savings account was blocked because someone paid me for an item form there fnb account however they did not followup with me and reported it to FNB who then reported it to capitec who had no called me even and just went and blocked my account.

I had resolved the issue with the complainant, she was refunded and fnb sent instructions to capitec to reinstate my account up to now my account is still blocked and I cannot pay my rent or other expenses. Please resolve this urgently
