<p>So my mom wanted to open acc at capitec so i went to enquire on her behalf,i was given a document to fill by a lady hence the proof of add is under my name.at this branch none of the consultants hv name tags.my mom went there with both our IDs and the form to open acc and sh was told i mst cum bck to sign with a black pen,whn i got there a rude and belittling consultant said they need a bank statement, i then told her they shld sing the same song coz thats not what i was told thats whn she told me where to get off.i asked for her name & sh gave me an incorrect 1 nd then i asked to spk with a manager,aftr 10 mins sh decides to call her co-worker Mduduzi who then assisted.thats when i found out abt the rude consultant's name Constance.in short i was humilliated in front of other clients she basically had no time as she was laughing with co-workers trying to be spiteful coz she knows no action will be taken even if i complain</p>
