Santidge Capitec midrand

I went to Capitec bank last week Tuesday however I got to the branch they approved me of a loan however the lady tells me I need to come back end of the month due to my bank statements are not showing transaction in may i actually emailed her legitimate papper documents was in place u no right now I'm ready to accept that loan and credit card deal but how can I go for it when the bank is rejecting me for no reason it don't make sense
