Salvaged amount outstanding - Mr Shabalala

It been a month since R50 000 went out of my account to other FNB account. I was told by capitec that they only manage to salvage the amount of R1088 and should be paid to me in 7 days.

I have been sending the below email address asking for follow up but nothing happening. It been a month now and I am not getting the salvaged amount.
