Salary was used in my account without my consent

On the morning of the 26/02/2015 a day before my pay day, i went to an FNB atm with my Capitec bank card. then my card was swalowed by the atm afdter it requested for my pin many times. I waited for like 15 minutes the card was gone and the lady was gone, by the time i went to the bank to block my card it was too late they already used the Money, all of My Salary. Now i went to the bank to find out what will happen to my money because i have debit orders for today(28/02/2015) the bank manger sais she cant do anything i must wait for a consultant to log a call or whatever to the Head Office they will investigate. I did that and now they are saying that will take about 14 days, I DONT HAVE 14 DAYS I HAVE BILLS TO PAY THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT MY WHOLE SALARY WAS USED IN MY ACCOUNT BY SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Please help me i will die of streess here.
