Never been so disappointed about the level of incompetence Ur investigators an old man was kidnapped on the 22 of August 2023he came to 1 of Ur branch on the 23 of August 2023 to report the matter after Ur poor investigations Ur telling an old man whom he has been Ur customer for years that U believing ********s of him I hope u go back and do Ur investigations again cause I believe whoever who was in charge of this investigations is part of those ********s mind u that man had cuts from his wrists yet Ur workers from the branch saw that old man on the 23 why are u conducting investigations without engaging with workers in the branch but I promise to take it further cause this old man is sick today from the whole incident after making him believe that u have recovered R173000.00 u come back a week later and say it was declined see u soon
