RUN AWAY FROM CAPITEC BANK

If I could give a review less than 1/5 stars I would ! Capitec Bank is the most *********** bank I have ever come across. My late mom recieved her retirement monies through this banks account, since her passing monies have been going out of this account in a way that this account has never been used before. Aren't funds supposed to be frozen as soon as someone is deceased? How can an account of someone who has passed continue to be used !? Right now as we speak, more than half of her life's work is gone! ****, just like that ! With over 10k of money being withdrawn EVERY SINGLE DAY! without any accountability from this stupid bank !

Now I've reported this, more than once and still! Funds are still being taken out of my moms account! I have informed the bank of the situation that I am in and till this day, I haven't recieved anything close to any help I can get to freeze these funds ! Capitec Bank as a whole is ***********! to me, this even seems like an inside job, because, why havent the funds been frozen yet !?

To anyone who must know, NEVER INVEST IN CAPITEC BANK, if you have lump sums with this bank, take them out as in YESTERDAY!
