Rude teller

The rating I am giving is not even deserved.. You don't deserve any starts for the experience we are getting form your Khayelitsha branch.. I am 7 months pregnant I had to stand in a long line that wasn't moving. In every shop I have been to I dont even have to stand in a line because I am pregnant I can't stand for long.

When I went inside the bank and asked the teller to please assist me as I am pregnant and could not stand in the queue.. His exact words were "sisi there's a line outside, if there was something wrong with you you wouldn't be here so you not getting special treatment" so I had to go stand outside in a long line that wasn't moving it started raining while we were there waiting to be attended to..

Another pregnant lady went to him to ask for a chair to sit he told her to sit on the stairs outside... Concrete steps mind you. It's freezing and raining you are told to sit on the stairs??how come what happened to humanity?? Ubuntu?

You need to deal with him and make him see that that is no way to treat people.. Even worse pregnant women at a time like this when we are high risks of corona virus.
