Rude teller

Hi on the 30th of September I was at the capitec bank in springs avenues. A lady by the name of Nolwazi was very rude to me, I walked to her desk with a smile and I greeted her but she was not smiling she just rep**** and I told her that I would like to have my phone app activated she said give me your phone. I had a new notification and opened it and she said can I have your phone in Zulu. I gave it to her and asked for my bank card I didn't hear her very well and with an attitude she was moving her finger saying I said give me your card. I requested to her that since I was on the que(for withdraw) outside can I quickly go and remind the person next me that I'll come just now. She said to me Im not gonna wait for you I have so many customers she pulled out the papers and said sign here and go.
