Rude staff nemeber use less bank
I app**** for a loan online and was pre approved. I then went to the bank and the lady at the LA Lucia branch rudely said we not giving any loans during lock down.... Shocking yet this is the time we need their help and they turn us away.... Two days before lock down to top it all.
