Rude Manager at Sasolburg Branch - Unacceptable Service!

Extremely disappointed with the service at Capitec Sasolburg branch next to hungry lion. Today, I was assisted by a consultant who was helpful, but things took a turn when the manager named Thato intervened. When I asked her to check if the other Capitec branch next to Wimpy was as busy, she rudely told me I wasn't listening to myself and was talking trash. As a customer, I expect respect and professionalism, not to be spoken to like I'm a nuisance.

This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this manager. Last year, I witnessed her shouting at staff in front of customers, which was unprofessional and embarrassing. It's clear she needs training on customer service and management. Not impressed with Capitec's lack of accountability and poor leadership at this branch. 😡
