Rude Manager and Unresolved ****

A so called Given Tshabalala who is supposed to be a complaints manager called ready to attack me and take away from a calm day I was having and that experience was not only agitating but unruly which I truly loathe. Instead of talking me through mildly and listening to what I had to say, he opted to speak over me and tell me what to do which is run back my complaints to someone else and not him or the bank he is affiliated with. First, I want an apology and secondly, want to highlight that I gave a review and left complaint here because of awful service. I am also a client of the bank and instead of connecting me with people who could assist me, you chose to be rude and unkind, meaning the other client who took my money from your affiliate bank, was in the right to take my money. I was ****med and you took it lightly and I’m wrong for bringing it to light?

Run me where you want but I will blatantly say you ruined my day and spoke to me with no intention of a resolution that doesn’t suit you, unfortunately I won’t back down and will make sure you connect me with your superiors and if you are the superior, we’ll go head on. I want a solution to my ordeal (money or communication), that's all.

So please, to whoever will receive this, I want to alert you that your ***** and complaints departments are not working on par with our expectations as clients and need help with my case TODAY! Don’t bother responding, email me at ***. I’ll be back here with another review, it’s your choice how deal with this and thus make it good or bad.
