Rude fidelity and capitec staff

Waited in an ATM queue outside at Thembi mall the staff is rude,aims were not working,staff not wearing name tags we stood in a queue for three hours and whilst the were fixing the arms the guys from capitec with a beard and a haircut together with the fidelity or whatever the company is who also did not have a tag forced us to move from the shade or else we won't be able to use the machine the sun was very hot we were even sweating when we complained we were treated
