Rude employee from the C.E.O office(Capitec Bank)

<p>Regarding the below complaint, </p> <p>I have never seen or heard anyone that is so rude as Oscar De Villiers, he is suppose to be from the office of the C.E.O but he doesn't know how to communicate with a customer, he is just pure rude, I have never heard any credit provider refusing to supply their customers with proof of how their personal loans were approved, are they guilty of something, something that they don't want my lawyer to see, people I've warned you about Capitec Bank, they might be cheap when it comes to chargers but they've got rude employees, they treat people unfairly and they don't care about customer services, I'll rather pay more and be treated with respect, </p> <p>hours ago<br />Capitec Bank<br />3.2<br />Banking<br /> <br />Bad services from Capitec Bank<br />by jadrianj 62<br />I`ve send you a email, requesting the affordability assessment, credit enquiry, everything from the following contract( ********** 688) that I`ve signed with you, I need to know how was the application approved, I haven`t received any aknowledgement or indication that you have received my request/email, Please attend to my request as soon as possible?</p>
