Rude employee

The lady that helped me by the name of Penelope at capitec bank jabulani mall branch was so rude and not helpful. She thinks she knows too much and didn't care about the business itself, right now im thinking of switching banks because of her attitude. Tried to call the man in charge but didn't do anything about it.
