Rude csc

Was at Alberton city branch this morning and the csc (lady with black and grey braids) was very rude to us and the older lady who was before us. She has no sense of customer service. She embarrassed the older lady by screaming at her and asking why she just went in to sit without taking a ticket, the lady was confused and she raised her voice at her asking the question again (she could clearly see and hear that the Oder woman was lost as she mumbled “angazi uthini lo mntu” then mentioned how she’s the campion or something like that. She could have handled the situation way better by addressing the lady calmly and changing languages when she noticed that the lady didn’t understand a thing she was saying. By the time she got to us she was clearly irritated and forcefully took our documents to check them, why couldn’t she explain that she has to check documentation???

She was unnecessarily rude!
