Rude consultant

Mamokete the consultant at evaton we waited for her to get done with her being on the personal call on the working station she's just not fit to be a consultant she not OK

I got a call from the manager her name is thando and explained that the person who was on a call was the assistant manager but really thando the manager didn't feel any remorse to apologize for the being on what happened as always the company will take the side of the employee so capitec been with you since 2012 so I want to say I'm gone as I leave capitec

Today is a new year my Card Is not working again why do capitec do this I've been paying replacement cards fees for more than 3times all consultants say I must do a new card even now I have to do a new card like really I can't do that call me *** call me on this number
