Rude Bank assistant managers

Ellen an assistant branch manager insulted me today as I walked in she was shouting and didn't even help me and the lady I was with. All we need were tickets to go in so we could make transactions from a fixed account we need to unlock the account first.she shouted and walked out on us and told us we should go to the ATM.
