Rude arrogant consultants at capitec bank

I have been at capitec bank Reynolds street and have received attitude from their CSC the lady has got a rude approach and was aggressive towards me. The consultant Aphelele was even much worse I even asked her if it’s a thing in Port shepstone and just threw me off with this I don’t care attitude I really think Port Shepstone capitec bank employees are rude and arrogant
