Rude and violent consultant (tshepiso motseki)

Yesterday I went to Capitec Bank Newtown Junction to do some banking. I was given a number and my number was call and I went to the consultant his name is tshepiso motseki only to find him busy on a phone and he told me to wait and I did that cause I thought he was finishing up the call, minutes went by and people who came after me were being called and getting helped while I'm waiting for him and I asked him why did he call my number if he was busy with other things and couldn't help me, well he told me to go back and wait for other consultants to help me left me just standing there while he's still on the phone. I was not happy about that and told him he was bieng unprofessional and he became angry and threatened me with violence and to "**** me up" the words he used and by this point I just decided to to leave and told him that I'm gonna report his behaviour and he followed me outside the bank and wanted to hit me and my brother got between me and him. That guy (tshepiso motseki) is very rude and violent and will cost your company alot of money one day. I'm even thinking of changing banks because of him, he's an animal who doesn't deserve to be working with people. And he was not even wearing his name tag had to ask one the ladies there for his name I just hope it's really his name that she gave me
