RUDE AND ****** CONSULTANT AT NUMBER SEVEN

yesterday i was at capitec Sasolburg branch wanting to open a capitec account but the white rude and ****** lady was asking me stupid and dumb questions just because am black, I was not able to get this problem solved.every time she talked she was telling me the way that they are capitec and so that is how they operate,when i was asking questions resulted in dismal failure,this is definitely not SIMPLIFIED BANKING!!!! this is incompetence to an insurmountable level!!! I definitely regretted going to the capitec sasolburg branch!!! Capitec you need to get rid of dead weight like that white ****** and rude woman because she is just full of **** and get with the program with more assets if you want to uphold your idea of SIMPLIFIED BANKING!!!
