rude and insulting

I went to the branch today to open a new savings account and was insulted and humiliated by reneilwe and her friend at the door, they said my id book is invalid and look ********** and is against fica law, I asked them to scan by they refused and said they have more important things to do than attend people like me, I asked them to phone their regional or area manager but they refused as they mentioned my query is not useful and I must leave her store, I left and phoned client centre but was still not speedily help, tried locating the rm but failed, this is substandard service
