Rude and atms not taking deposit

Past two day been struggling to make a deposit at atms from randburg to sophiatown and surroundings,finally decided to go to cresta mall branch, tried asking the lady that was hosting at that time why your atms are not taking deposit ahe brush me of telling me their atm is taking deposit which only 4 people made deposits and it was out of order as well, went to the same lady asking can i deposit inside which she 1st ignored me then she was rude telling me they havinng technical problems, why putting people in your front area if they dont understand client service, your atms are not working all of them in cresta mall are not taking deposits and your staff members are rude.
