<p>Its been a month since I went to capitec branch mall of africa to close my late mother's account.Was assisted by the most rudest and very unprofession manager.All she cared about was that she been working for capitec for over 9 years.She cant even tell the diffrence betweeen letter of authority and letter of executorship.Please sort this out and close that account today</p>
