RUDE AGENT

All I can say is wow. After me putting my first complaint here I received a call from a very sincere man who said he would get back to me however a few hours later I received a call from a female who was not only rude but also had me on loud speaker while her staff laughed at everything I said. How pathetic can you get? How disgusting for adults to behave in an unpleasant and unprofessional manner. My concern was not solved all they said was I can not and will not be reimbursed for a penalty I incurred due to their branch and ATM being shut. I am seriously disgusted by the woman I spoke.
